Refund Policy

These Refund Rules explain how a Customer of Design Hub may cancel a digital service, request a refund, or submit a quality claim. The services are delivered electronically only.

1. How to request a refund

Email ola.skwor@gmail.com and include the order number or the email used at checkout, the reason, and examples if the claim is about quality.

2. Before work starts

If work has not started, the Customer may cancel and receive a refund of the amount paid. Review takes up to 10 calendar days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method where technically possible.

3. After work starts

The Customer may cancel before accepting the result and pays only for the work already performed. If the result was delivered and matches the brief, the fee is not refunded except for quality defects.

4. Quality defects

A defect is a material mismatch with the agreed brief. Subjective taste, a change of idea after work started, or requests missing from the brief are not defects. The Provider first offers a free fix. If a fix is impossible, a price reduction or refund of the defective part may be requested.

5. Timing

A decision is made within 10 calendar days after all needed details are received. Crediting the Customer’s bank may take additional time.
