Can I pay online?
Yes. You can pay online or receive invoice instructions for a manual transfer.
How will I receive the files?
You will receive a secure order link with temporary download URLs.
How much does an AI visual cost?
Prices start at $15 for photo restoration. Portraits, ad visuals and product cards start at $30. The final price depends on the service and tariff.
How long does an order take?
Simple tasks take from 1 day. The timeline is listed on each service page, usually 1–3 days.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Revisions are included: you can adjust lighting, outfit, background, composition or infographic text.
Do you make visuals for Wildberries and Ozon?
Yes. We design product cards and infographics for marketplace requirements: hero slide, benefits, sizes and image sets.
Is it only AI generation or do you retouch by hand?
AI creates the base, then a designer checks likeness, lighting and artifacts and retouches the image before delivery.
