Public Offer

This document is a public offer by the Provider to enter into a remote services agreement.

1. Parties and services

1.1. Website: Design Hub at https://dhub.virtograd.org/en. 1.2. Provider: ООО "Виртоград", tax ID (INN) 6027110555, registration number 1086027000597, address: Псков, Рижский пр-кт 41. 1.3. Customer: a person or organization that accepts this offer. 1.4. Services: creation of digital AI visuals, portraits, product cards, advertising images and related files listed in the catalogue. 1.5. The result is delivered only in electronic form. No physical shipment is provided.

2. Acceptance

The offer is accepted when the Customer places an order, pays for it, or sends source files after creating an order. By accepting, the Customer also accepts the privacy policy and refund rules.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the Services and Prices pages and may be marked as “from”. International orders may be paid using the payment instructions provided after the brief is reviewed. Russian-ruble checkout uses YooKassa.

4. Delivery of the result

Files are delivered via the secure order page and/or email. The Customer should download and keep copies. Included revisions are stated in the selected tariff.

5. Refunds

Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund Policy published on the Website and applicable consumer law.
